Ultra-High Temperature Vacuum Atmosphere Furnace 'NEWTONIAN Pascal-40'
Rapid heating and rapid cooling are possible, contributing to a reduction in test cycle time! It is compact enough to be installed in the space of a single office desk and is easy to move.
The "NEWTONIAN Pascal-40" is a high-temperature furnace capable of heating up to 2,000°C in vacuum and gas atmospheres using C/C composite (carbon-carbon composite) heating elements. It allows for rapid heating (from 500°C to 2,000°C in about 1 minute) and rapid cooling (from 2,000°C to 100°C within 60 minutes), enabling firing under challenging conditions and shortening test cycles. 【Features】 - Utilizes robust C/C composite materials for the heating elements, expecting an extended lifespan of the main unit. - The C/C composite material has high X-ray permeability, allowing observation of the melting process of the heated objects via X-ray. - (Optional) Temperature measurement of the heated objects is possible with a radiation thermometer. - Compact design allows for installation in the space of a single office desk. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
